We used Jim for many many years.we stopped using him because of his illnesses. He was very personable. However, we were audited by the IRS in the state and found out the return we're grossly inaccurate. We had to pay a lot of money because of his errors. The info and advice he gave us regarding shutting down our subchapterS corp 12 or so years ago, was wrong and the state is after a LOT of money. When we called him and faxed him about this to get help with this matter he ignored our repeated calls and faxes. Just called today he is now changing his tune about his advice and then just hung up on me.RUDE.

If you have a straight forward return (no deductions or business return) use him otherwise run inthe other direction...you will get no help from him and be ignored and hung up on...he does not stand behind his services.

Mr. Haberbush is professional, accurate and friendly. An honest man whom I and my family trust and you can too.
