This Dr sucks! I recommend to stay away from this place! The nurses laugh at the patients when their not looking. the Dr is always canceling and being hours late, he doesn't give us the pills that we had previously paid for. I will never come here or recommend this place again!

I had the pleasure of choosing this doctor and came for my medical visit. I was so happy with his bedside manner. He listened to everything I had to say. I referred my entire family to this clinic. The best doctor from Fontana to Highland. The staff was absolutely great!! I want to the people of our community to know about this place. They are extremely proficient in Spanish and helped the people with the language barrier. Kenrick Bourne is the PA and he was very good. Please Colton go visit the clinic the staff will give you a tour.

Stay as far away from this place as you can! I chose this office from the IEHP Directory & regret it. I was pleasantly surprised that I got an appointment rather quickly but when I got there, I had to wait quite awhile to get in a room then waited awhile there as well. When someone finally came in, it was a PA by the name of Kenrick Bourne - he was SO rude & uncaring. He never introduced himself (I was a 1st time patient) & just looked down at his note pad the whole time he asked me questions about what my visit was for. His cold, uncaring interaction was such a shock to me! When I was leaving I asked to speak with the office manager, Esperanza Franco, & she refused to come up to speak with me! I still can't believe how I was treated here & want people to know about this experience. I needed medical help & empathy - I did NOT receive it here & will be choosing another office to go to in the future. They have a Patient's Bill of Rights hanging on the wall yet they do not abide by it!
