Provided by YPmobileThe staff is nice, that's the only reason why I gave it 2 stars but rather than that, they don't care about you unless your a known patient. This is my second time coming and I've waiting for 3 hours and still waiting right now. I asked how much longer will they take but they don't know. When you walk in a new place especially a medical relate place people always give you instructions. But not this place. They expect you to know everything since the beginning. You're basically there not knowing anything, lost looking at then

Provided by YP.comHave always had a great experience. Very professional, it does take time, at least an two hours, but they do have incentives where you could earn up to 300 a month, $25 first, & third ,$35 second fourth,
than add xtra$15-fifth, 20sixth, 25 seventh. You can only donate 2x week, but money adds up
60-

85-
75= $280 for month

I am unhappily writing as i have no other choice.From the moment i stepped in the place,things were amiss.Their is no notice of what you needed for the first time visit,if i did not have the bad habit of carrying my SS card in my wallet,i might have wasted an hour just waiting.After i was taken for a checkin(away with technical terms,it's the gist that counts)i was handled by the man with the "rubber band" like if my arm was a product.There was no consideration,warning etc.he just let it slap and twist on to my arm.i have my share of sand,and while it hurt somewhat, it startled me most,his lack of affection.Then when i was called into room # 1(more like room # 0 ) i was told that because of a bodily odor,i could not unfortunately donate plasma that day.
Here is the problem.i asked what it was,i needed to know.She stonewalled and kept trying to make me just go home and wash up,as if that was that.Well........how can i know what to ESPECIALLY wash up,since i had just taken a shower,had used deodorant and the bit?My clothes were clean.i have walked into libraries and other places with an actual smell on me from my dare i say,arduous workout,and have not been eyeballed or complained about.Maybe since i wore a worn out shirt that i use for art and for hard exercise(CLEAN at the time)and my having not shaved yet,perhaps they judged all of me by my attire.All i know is,how can someone fix a problem without knowing the problem.This place seems like a farce of their motto,and i will let you guess how much progress i made after i called and waited for over 6 mins.All i got was"they are not in proximity to tell exactly the cause,it is just in the category of bodily smell".......so then how could they really tell if i smelled that bad then,when you someone smells,you can get an idea of what it is.We are human,we know because we stink sometimes ourselves! This all goes with the environment there,there was alot of lax,"fun" behavior from the employees,but does this make it a positive environment,or just a bunch of callous undisciplined people?This place is just a corporate america version of the ugly american,BUT they are dealing with life itself.
