called on 6-29-14 at 5pm to have an emergency technician help my mother with her suction machine because it stopped working last night. They said no one can come out to her house until Monday, so if she stops breathing now, she should just call 911, since no one at your office can send a person out to replace or fix her suction machine. I spoke to Chris, and he said there is nothing he can do until Monday. So I asked for his supervisor's name he said it was Ms. Gabriella Ortiz, and I would like Ms. Ortiz to respond to this message from me. Also if you can tell me why no one has ever come out to suction my mom? There is never a respiratory therapist coming out, and everytime we call to ask them to come out he sounds like is is asleep or drunk on the phone and said he can not make it out today. Can you please have a new suction machine brought to my mothers house ASAP!!! Her name is :
