Don't understand all the "huff" is about. It's so simple. I called, got quoted for a dump trailer 8x16x5 / They gave me an amount $15,680.00 and a finish date, the only issue was that I wanted black wheels to match that trailer. When I arrived, they were grey, within minutes they swapped them for black and I was on the road.
The paint wasn't even dry yet.
I then swapped out the wheels for 17.5 and 18ply tires, This thing is a TANK! and the trailer brakes work awesome.

I love it, very happy. Thank you to all the girls in the office for making it happen.

I took the time to drive all the way over there 4 hours because I saw an ad in the paper (craigslist. Everything looked good they took my order and I gave a down payment. They told me it would be ready (the trailer) by certain date,but when it came down to pick up time They just kept giving me excuses. Then they called me and told me it was ready, I had to pick it up by a certain date or it was going to be sold. I drove all the way back to their facility, when I got there I called to tell them I was ready to pick it up and now they tell me it’s the wrong size. I was so frustrated, and I’ll tell you they have the parts and the place to make any trailer but they need to improve the way they run thing, covid can not be an excuse anymore. Customers go back and shop where they have good shopping experience.
