Knowing they have a problem with the Montery style furnace heat exchanger's banging and cracking very very loud, they don't have any interest in even helping with the problems. It is so loud it keeps us awake at nights like hitting a pot with a hammer. Now I understand they have a new model that is coated !! .... I still would trust it very very POOR Customer Service! I feel Sorry for the Buyers ..... So just look into another brand and do your self a favor and some good night sleep

Would you buy a car or truck built by Ford or Chevrolet and then have them tell you to take it someplace else for service or repairs?

Williams Furnace Co yelp page says they service and repair.

The rude employee I spoke with was NO help.

I was told I had to find someone that wold repair myWall Heater.
