49 rv ranch is a step back in time

Wow. This place does not disappoint! They tout old time hospitality and that's just what you get. They have some new staff on and they are a dynamite couple. We visited at the urging of friends in late July and will definitely be back. This is not your traditional RV park. Forget the parking lot and the cookie cutter mentality. This is an old ranch from the 1800s and let me tell you, character abounds. Modern facilities, wifi, cable and a good hot shower. A great meal on Sat night, smoked (on premises?) not sure or catered in. A great fire circle with a friendly staff in attendance, and a real live cowboy to spin a yarn or two and entertain the kids.

This is a Mom/Pop business and they go out of their way to make you feel that you are down home. Give them a try for a unique rv experience.
