Excellent service! We had bought our car and discovered it had an oil leak. City Chevy discovered it had a leaky oil filter and quickly changed it and washed our car while we were there!

I have purchased 2 vehicles from City Chevy from Ben Reynolds, he is the best! He goes above and beyond in helping his customers. The service department is awesome and I just love Andrew, he does what he has to to keep customers happy.

I contacted City Chevrolet in August of 2012 concerning my interest in purchasing a pickup, after further consideration I told them I would have to wait until after the first of the year before I could think of purchasing a vehicle. On 1/3/2013 I was contacted by a sales rep. about a pickup i may be interested in, I told them that when I got time I would try and take a look at it, nothing more. starting on that day and continuing still, they have repeatedly submitted my information to creditors for approval on a truck I have not seen, an amount I have not agreed upon; even after telling them to stop via a phone conversation on 1/21/13 they have continued to submit my information, a total of 14 times now each giving me a derogatory remark on my credit... They have left me with no other choice than to retain an attorney in an attempt to reverse the damage they have and continue to do to my credit that I have spent time and money trying to improve after a bankruptcy.

My wife and I drove from Ft. Wayne to City Chevrolet to look at new Silverados because we were not happy with the trade in offers we had gotten and most seemed like they didn't care if they sold anything. Ben Reynolds meet us in the lot and was more than willing to do what we needed to get the truck we wanted. I've been back once to have the service dept. to have something looked at and they did everything that was posible to resolve the issues I had. I've have recommeded City Chevrolet to anyone I've heard talk about getting a new or used vehicle and will return to buy our next Chevrolet.
