In 1989 Jim and Dutch Porteus had no idea that helping a friend have a party, with a borrowed BBQ, would turn into what it is today. From three events the first year to now serving over a thousand people at a time, Porteus BBQ has gained the trust and loyalty of many patrons in Northwest Montana. The same impeccable care and service given by Jim and Dutch Porteus continues today by Randy and Sherry Toavs. The ability to cater casual or elegant, large crowds to small backyard parties, makes us able to handle any type of event you might be planning.
