Very bad experience for a family birthday dinner for my daughter. Starting off, the waitress was not personable at all. I ordered a cola which was close to being flat, but I let it go and drank it. The food took an hour to arrive. The salad was good, but we had to send back my grandson's BLT, the bacon was like cardboard. The mashed potatoes were terribly over salted and my daughter and I asked it to be switched, which they did, but our enjoyment of this birthday dinner was disrupted with having to eat sections of our dinners before or after other sections were replaced. The beef was good, but it was not enjoyable to eat it while waiting for the rest of the meal. The bill for this dispiriting event was $94. At check out we asked for satisfaction and the hostess called the manager resulting in our being offered a $20 gift card for the next visit. My daughter told them to forget it because we weren't coming back. At no time do I recall an apology for any of this from the waitress or hostess. We left no tip. In my experience, restaurants that don't put service and customer satisfaction first don't last long, whatever their pretensions.
