I had them install 4 tires. Fortunately, I check my tire pressure frequently and when I got home I checked my tire pressure (wish I would have checked on their lot). 3 tires were properly inflated in the 30s. I couldn't get a reading on the 4th tire so I thought my digital tire guage was malfunctioning. I found my manual guage and the 4th tire had 66 psi in it. (I later learned my digital guage wouldn't read over 50 psi). The manual tire guage gave the same readout of the 30s for the other 3 tires. If my wife would have suffered a blowout and crashed and died I would have felt the guilt that I must have purchased a bad set of tires. But in reality someone at Hancock would have been blood guilty either for their abject incompetence or their malicious and evil disposition.

Good guys but in my case I asked if it was rotate and balance for life when I purchased tires. But after buying them they told me it was not for life and I paid for balance and rotate one time. I like the guys and business but I now go to Wal Mart where I get real (LBAR) LIFETIME BALANCE AND ROTATION FOR LIFE. I do have to pay for the LBAR at Wal Mart but overall is cheaper and can get problems fixed in any Wal Mart store.
