Concessions is so slow and management is just rude. There are better theater options in the area. I would stream at home or go to a newer/nicer theater that seems to actually want its customers to enjoy the moviegoing experience. This one certainly does not. Will never spend my money to go here again.

This is a very nicely laid out AMC theater. Like most AMC theaters they are way overpriced. The worst thing about this place is they don't take care of the bathrooms.

Summer Camp program is commendable. The movie selection could benefit from just a little updating as the same movies were shown both 2009 and 2010. But the kids enjoy the experience and service is usually commendable.

In columbia md. we are not used to rude inflexible robo mindless harsh unfriendly, psycho managers like megan. She needs not to work with the public, people at all. They need to bring back the manager that exemplified, calm courtesy and she handled people and problems well. HER NAME IS GENE. She sets the bar high by puting the customer as a priority, humbling self , therefore resolving conflict with a cool, careing head. She knows how to work well with all types of people, puttin even the most hotheaded customer at ease. Mabe she could come back to columbia in the capacity of district manager and helping other venues also, mabe even training staff to be more customer sensitive, even though the other staff there are great, except one male cold fish who never smiles.SIGNED.., A VERY OBSERVANT, VICTIMIZED BY MEGAN MORE THAN ONCE, FREQUENT CUSTOMER, WHO SPENDS AN ABSORBANENT AMOUNT OF MONEY THERE, WHO IS CONSIDERING THE OTHER MOVIE COMPANY HAT FURTHER AWAY. BECAUSE CONVEINENCE IS NOT IF YOU ARE TREATED WITH CONSTANT DISRESPECT AND ABUSE. ALSO MEGAN NEVER SMILES! THIS IS A FACTUAL REVIEW. CALL AMC TO GET RID OF THERMANAGER MEGAN BEFORE YOU HAVE A QUESTION AND ARE A VICTIM OF HER RATH!. PEACE, A DISABLED MOVIE GOER.

Nice and friendly atmostpher, well respectful staffs, neat, quality food, building is in good repair. I like this theatre because of the friendliness of the staffs,it clean, my film experience was great, it a safe place to take you family for a fun evening, food is always fresh, my over all experience was great and i would recommend all my movie fans to visit this AMC.
