I have went to FFCU on two occasions for a loan, one personal/debt consolidation and one car. I have an excellent credit score yet they still refused me. I may get tge personal/debt consolidation but a car loan, no. Closing my account today!!

They changed the website in October of 2016 and I have never been able to log on since then. I had to the branch to reset it because the hold time on the phone goes as long as 30 minutes before hanging up. I have to close the account because I am moving out of state and the online banking is unreliable and hold time on the phone is at least 30 minutes.
