Love the gym the trainers are amazing! Im Learning how to protect myself while getting in shape at the same time. I would reccomend this gym to anyone who needs to know self defense. Very friendly to women! I felt like I was part of the family instantly.

Awesome gym! The facilities are extremely clean. The locker rooms are fully stocked with anything you might need if you had to shower after your workout and go straight to work. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and overall the atmosphere is great. They have different types of classes depending on what your main goal is. They even have classes for kids! Someone was always at the front desk to answer questions and help me with what I needed to get ready for class. They work with you regardless of your fitness level, push you to do better, and encourage you along the way.
