If I could give negative stars, I would. Everyone in this department needs to be relieved of their duties. What are they being paid to do? Because it's clear nothing gets done and no one seems to know what they are doing. Incompetent and rude. Face to face that are rude. Over the phone they are rude- that's if they actually answer the phone. No point in calling. Go in person and don't let them jerk you around. They are all full of crap. Have filed a complaint with the counties congressmen about them.
