A social worker referred us to this facility to help my grandmother get stronger after recovering from pneumonia and we were absolutely appalled at the condition of this rehab facility. We were not comfortable leaving her here and spent the next day going through the process to get her out. The room looked dingy and didn't feel clean. There was trash left under the nightstand. The drinking water they provided left a disgusting aftertaste.The beds are rickety and look like they are from 1970 and sound awful when raised/lowered. There were NO bed alarms or side rails to prevent her from trying to get out of bed on her own. On top of that the beds look incredibly uncomfortable. They only did 2 hours of rehab a day and then left her to lay in bed the rest of the day. Not only was it incredibly noisy, but the employees yelled down the hall to eachother and kept waking her up. Other than the therapists, the staff was not very friendly.



Don't be fooled by the photos on their website. We thought it was a newer building, but all they did was paint the old brown brick, build a new portico, and renovate the reception area. Its a piece of crap and grandparents DESERVE BETTER!
