WARNING TO ALL MOMS, TEENS, FEMALES!!I have been going to this nail salon by myself or bringing my daughter with me for mani/pedi's for three years, every 2-3 weeks. I had a bad mani by an older female tech when I first started going here but I stuck with Vi and have been pretty happy. I usually make an appointment with Vi, who has always done a pretty good job. (Although the last two names she has cut my cuticles bad enough to bleed) After today I will never give them another penny. When I walked in with my 13 yr old daughter I noticed several of the nail techs started talking in Vietnamese and laughing and I caught one looking in my and my daughter's direction. I continued with our appointment and during this time another customer was complaining loudly about her poorly applied dip color manicure and she left without being compensated. This has nothing to do with my experience but I noted how terribly they treat customers who are not happy. That customer asked to talk to the manager and the techs told her "Sorry I am not the owner". That's it. As Vi was finishing up my mani my daughter came over and I said to Vi "Can you believe she just turned 13?!" Vi said "Yeah when she came in we were saying how big her boobs are hahaha!" and motioned to her own breasts. Thankfully my daughter didn't hear or see this. I told my daughter to go wait for me in the car. As I paid I asked loudly to Vi and the other tech "Were you talking about my 13 yr old daughters chest when we came in??" Vi suddenly turned bright red and said No no no. The other tech of course said no. Right. Her story quickly had changed. I didn't tell my daughter what had happened because I don't need her to be more ashamed of her body. But my daughter did tell me after she caught the male tech doing her nails staring at her chest and stomach. (She was wearing a fitted workout top) CREEPY!! This incident has disgusted me and as a mother and woman I will NEVER go to this salon or recommend it to anyone ever again. They have lost out on hundreds of dollars a month from me. It is completely unacceptable that they talk about people like this and this is not the first review on YELP complaining about this!! Something has to change!!!

Super friendly services. Nails turned out great. They even stayed open late to accomodate our group from Minnesota.

I came in with very short nails and was planning on tips but they recommended Gel and I have been extremely happy with them - they held up perfectly on a week's cruise with the sand and suntan lotion and I'm at 2.5 weeks out and they still look great. Highly recommend!

thismplace rushes through the nail job and uses dirty acrylic -just watch out for the specs they'll be all over your nails. They are nice people until you ask them to fix a nail that broke, or if they make a mistake like cutting a nail too short. The shop is attached to 2 restaurants and they have bugs because of it. Dont be fooled, like I was. My next call is to the health department. Then they are loud and rude!

I am a regular! I love it there! I am addicted to the Axium nails!
