I always order over the phone for pick-up and speak to the matre de (I have no idea how to spell that). She is always pleasant and will let you customize anything. I've never had any issues with the staff. It's always quiet enough that you can hear the person next to you, but not so quiet that you don't want to talk. I've never had a bad dish there. The cucumber salad is awesome.
