The technician was not fully trained which would have been okay if I had known before and perhaps been offered a discount. Another person was teaching him how to do my pedicure as it was happening and he skipped steps that were included in the brochure. Did not use gloves or proper sterilized utensils. Please save yourself the trip and disappointment.

I was really hoping for a great experience, but soon after I entered in hindsite, I should have left. While pointing out nail color choices the employees erupted into laughter. You know when you're being talked about even when you don't understand the language being spoken. I'm not sure if it was my glasses, not being able to find the bin with nail color choices or me being dressed down. The nail technician was rough. It was an unpleasant experience. I won't go back and still wish I had left when the employees started carrying on. Unprofessional environment.

I've been a client of this establishment for awhile now and will not go elsewhere. I see "Kate" exclusively but have also worked with Lee while Kate was out for maternity leave. I have never been disappointed with the service or quality of work on my nails, ever. They do a tremendous job! Some will disagree but not being a "walk-in", and working with one tech is important and Kate is by far one of the best! I recommend Lee as well since she did an awesome job while Kate was out. I highly suggest anyone make an appointment and give this salon a try!

First time here. I have never felt so relaxed in my life! Many other salons rush the massage part of the pedicure . The lady who did my pedi massages for close to 10 minutes on each leg. I came in originally for a pedi and leftwith a mani, pedi, and eye brow wax. I highly rexommend this place. I will DEFINITELY come back again!
