Bikram Yoga Columbia is an amazing place where I have seen my health, body, mind, and spirit improve greatly. There is such a sense of community and I have developed wonderful friendships. The owners are so fabulous and welcoming that I can't imagine what I would do if I couldn't practice at their studio. The studio is clean and very appealing to the eye. The instructors are professional and inviting. I highly recommend this yoga studio!

I have been practicing Bikram Yoga for over 7 years and the Columbia Studio is one of the best that I have ever gone too. I have traveled and practiced all over the country and world.



Very clean, friendly and zen....I find that I can escape my real world pressures every time I enter the BYC studio. If you love the warmth and an amazing workout delivered by true yogis, then I recommend that you check it out, it will change your life!

This yoga studio is like home. Nurturing, clean and happy. The owners, instructors, and clients are considerate and always helpful. This place has done wonders for my physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well being. I would recommend it to EVERYONE!

Well, I used to like this studio. But the person (Andy/Andrew) who the studio belongs to, is less than helpful, he’s actually downright rude and unprofessional.Clearly a mind body experence is not something he promotes. All the instructors are great, but I would avoid the place just on account of him.
