Provided by YP.comNEVER EVER LIVE HERE. When your lease is up they will charge you everything they want to and then use black mail tactics to get you to pay the fraudulent charges. My daughter had problems with spiders and bugs. I myself cleaned the apartment by scrubbing the floors, baseboards, and even scrubbing clean any discoloration on the carpets. They charged for carpet cleaning even though there were no discoloration on the carpets. First, they said it was because they had a cat. They did NOT. One of the roommates is allergic to cats. Then they said it is standard business practice to clean the carpets. If it is standard to clean them and not because of stains then we should not be charged but they said they charge everyone. They do NOT tell people this up front. This is just a way for them to make extra money. If you lease here be prepared to pay them extra money in the end. If you don't they will threaten to send it to collection and ruin your credit. VERY POOR AND EXTREMELY BAD BUSINESS. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

Provided by YP.comCampus lodge is a horrible apartment complex for a variety of reasons. First of all the internet hardly ever works and when it is working it is incredibly slow. The furniture is sub par at best. The chairs provided for my roommates and me all broke within 1 month. The couch is extremely uncomfortable and almost all of the furniture wobbles at the slightest touch. All of the appliances did not work properly. One of the burners on the stove did not work, the fridge leaked so that there was a pool of water sitting at the bottom fridge constantly, and the washer did not clean the clothes at all. The AC unit was broken the whole year and anytime maintenance would come to inspect it they would tell us it worked fine even though it would not cool the apartment below 80 degrees. The staff would not fix any of the above problems and when we would tell them the issues with the place they would tell us that everything was working fine when clearly it was not. The staff has terrible customer service and treats you like an idiot when you try to contest any of the ridiculous extra charges. The utilities are included in the rent but the limit is so low that if you want to keep the apartment at a comfortable temperature you should expect to pay an extra $60 dollars a month. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. As I stated the living conditions are poor and the staff is disrespectful and apathetic.
