If there were 0 star.. I would rate that. First, the service at the desk was rude. All I wanted was a small tag sewn down in my IRREPLACEABLE Italian purse. The man gave me a date 13 days in the future, when I mentioned that I was leaving town the next day be was snotty about saying he said that day at the latest and it would probably be done earlier. Well, the day before I had to stop in and remind him because their phones were not working. When I finally picked up my purse, the workmanship was awful, I could have sewn better! The lines were not even straight! When I complained, he made excuses that it was the inside of my purse and that I should have specified that I wanted it done perfectly. WHAT??!!?? Sorry for expecting exceptional work with every job. Refused to refund me. They should be glad I don't live here so I can't complain to everyone I know, so I'm warning everyone on here. DON'T GO!!

Walked in the store and immediately encountered an arrogant attitude. Didn't want to repair "Worn-out boots". Took them to Dawson's on Eighth St and they cheerfully took them in and performed requested work.
