The Parks Management Center of the city of Columbia, Mo., provides information on park maintenance, planning and development programs. The center also operates a memorial heritage tree and bench program and maintains custody of lost items. Additionally, it offers various brochures that provide information on park locations and amenities. The center is a part of the Parks & Recreation department, which maintains more than 2,000 acres of parkland and various recreational facilities.
