Dr. Gessling trained at the University of Missouri-Columbia for medical school and residency. She has lived in Columbia for almost 20 years and loves the town. She has a wonderful family in Columbia, a strong church family, and her children are blessed to attend Columbia Public Schools. Her son will be attending Hickman Highschool and is a competitive long distance runner. He is a part of their cross country team and will be doing track in the spring. Her oldest daughter proudly attends Midway Heights Elementary and her youngest is in preschool. Family is incredibly important to her. Keeping Columbia families healthy, happy, and productive is her main goal. This community is strong and continues to grow. Primary care needs have increased and she plans to provide accessible care for Columbia that is comprehensive and excellent; Columbia deserves it.
