Went because of convience and location. Big mistake. I felt rushed and the job on my nails was terrible. Large areas were not covered or missing. It was an embassasment. Went I went to pay, the lady would not honor my Groupon and was very rude. The service and quality were overall poor and I would not recommend anyone to go there. It turns out it is not worth it. I ended up taking off the polish after the next day. I cannot believe this place is still associated with Groupon. I read reviews below that state the same experience. If a business is going to use Groupon as a way to bring in more customers, it should honor the terms of the agreement, or be dropped from the Groupon affiliation. Shameful.

Purchased two Groupons for three mani-pedis for $49. First time visit they refused to honor it until we argued about it for awhile. Finally honored it, but service was poor, workers very rude. Unfortunately we had one Groupon left. They totally refused to honor it today. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he was out of town. I was told to call Groupon. We'll get our money back from them but are considering picketing outside their business to hold them accountable. They have no business being in business!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! I have never been treated so poorly by an establishment in my life! My friend and I found out about the place through Groupon. The ladies serving us were extremely rude and antagonistic toward us. For my friend, the server just dipped her feet in hot water, rubbed some oil and started painting her nails. I had shellac on my feet, so the lady serving me got mad and scraped off the enamel from my toe nails so callously that it's still healing. She then refused to serve me as I had requested for the shape of my nails to be round, instead of square. I have never felt so insulted in my life! Couldn't tell if the servers were racist, or if they had just REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
