i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseThe people who work here are rude and hateful! They had no idea why my friends bus got cancelled nor tried to find out. They told her to figure it out and did not ell her when to come back for a new bus to get home. They yelled at us to sit down. They played rap music loud at the desk and cussed non stop! They ignored people they were just rude! We will never go again!

If I could give no stars I would. The worst experience I've ever had traveling in my life and I have travelled all over the world. The people working at this Grey Hound are slack jawed, incompetent, retards. I hate to use the term "retard" but firmly believe grey Hound could hire handicapped individuals to work this hub and have better results. Plus the bus is always late and customers are NEVER given a description to why. Just all around horrible experience AVOID AT ALL COSTS MUST BE LAST SOLUTION
