I D. DABNEY bought a 2012 Cadilac CTS from your dealership APRIL 2015 with low mileage in excellent condition. Terrible experience and hope I never have to deal with the service department, or sales for that matter again. Bought a used truck, a week and half later the rear shock absorber snapped. Theyve had the for two weeks now and still haven't fixed the issue which only takes a hour according to the labor book. They don't return my calls or keep me up to date on the process. I had to call and check. I haven't even paid sales tax or my first truck payment on the pickup, and they had it in there possession longer then I've owned it. The only thing they've tried to do to compensate me for trouble is a free oil change. Also during the negotiation of trade and purchasing the vehicle they already started the process of finding a bank and payment without me agreeing on my trade in value. I didn't find out what they gave me until I was with the finance manager. Luckily I was happy with the trade value just didn't appreciate it that they didn't run it by me before hand. I'd watch for certain things like that for the next people who go in.

Poor .. All I want to do at this moment is llok and see if you have some low milage newer cadillac on the lot, but figure how to see them...................
