I left my tax info off on Feb 9, explaining I was in a hurry to get the taxes completed, and it is now April 13th and they still aren't done. The most aggravating part is that they simply WILL NOT return phone messages even when I call during their alleged business hours. This is no way to run a business. Completely unprofessional. I will never use this company again even though I have used them the past few years--they have become too unreliable to trust.
