This place will try taking as much money from you as they can before you find out how much is actually wrong with your apartment that you have signed a lease for. Expect to be calling the landlord and walking into their office a bunch to get them to fix the problems too.. You really get what you pay for. Don't be fooled by the low prices for a seemingly nice place. If you are able I would definitely try finding another place to live.
