Three weeks ago, I went in and made a purchase. The salesperson told me I would get a call in 3 weeks to have my furniture delivered. I called today (exactly 3 weeks later) and they said it would be another week or MORE! When I talked to the salesperson who helped me, he said he told us 3-4 weeks! Not true. No apologies. Just expects us to deal with it. He was also insulting on the phone today. I bought furniture from Furniture Row and Ashley in Columbia in the last 6 months as well- They had much better customer service than this! I recommend either of those, not MO Furniture.
