Awesome service. I took Mo-X from a residence in Colombia to the Kansas City Airport. They picked me up and dropped me off right on time, despite a bad traffic accident on the way. The ride was comfortable, quiet, and spacious on a Monday afternoon. Our driver was courteous, offering us bottled water and a restroom break halfway through the trip. The cost came to about $60 before tip, and was definitely worth it.

First let me introduce myself a little. I am a 24 year old college student whose parents live outside of Washington D.C. I take trips out to see them 2-3 times a year, and this had been going on for the past 5 years. Every single time I need to get to the STL airport I use this service. Why? Because they are a friendly, helpful group of people who has a door to door service and always gets you there on time. I have NEVER had a negative experience with any of their drivers or their owners. I have both left my vehicle there at their office and have also been picked up from my residence. With both of these options I have never had any issues. As long as I live in Columbia and need a ride to the airport, I will always choose MO-X as my transportation.

Great experience this afternoon from Columbia to St. Louis airport. They picked me up at home right on time. And got me to the airport without any trouble. The van was clean, comfortable and quiet. Our driver, Joe, was great. I definitely recommend & will definitely be using them again.

These guys are great!! I needed rides between St. Louis and Columbia, and used Mo X. They were on time, friendly, and so helpful. Ralph was such a nice driver, and offered us cold bottled water for the trip. On the way back to the airport, there was an accident with standstill traffic, and the driver found a way around that so we could keep moving. Excellent experience!!

Simply put: Avoid and do not use MoX company for your travel arrangements from and to Columbia, MO. This was one of those horrendous and horrible services. I was left stranded at Kansas City Airport after their driver Kenny refused to wait for me. I had specifically asked if their drivers monitor the arrival time for all the flight (or did I need to call in case of any flight delays) and I was told that they do indeed monitor flights. I was flying back from a European business trip and the last leg of the return flight was delayed 2 hours. My reservation with the shuttle service was for 8:00 PM. My plane landed at 7:45 PM. Realizing that I can still run and meet with the shuttle, I located the little bus parked in front of one of the gates. I was there at 7:59PM, but my luggage was still being unloaded. So, I tried to explain to Kenny, the shuttle driver that I will need 5 minutes to grab my suitcase from the baggage area. The driver callously said that he cannot wait more than 1 minute and he had to leave at exactly 8:00PM. It was 8:02 and he couldn’t wait any longer. Are you kidding me? On top of that this is their last shuttle from Kansas City; hence I would be stuck in Kansas City Airport for the night. Additionally, I was scheduled to have a seminar presentation the next morning at the University of Missouri in Columbia. So, I called their office and a heavy bucolic accented man’s voice tried to explain to me that their shuttle cannot wait more than even a minute at the KC Airport, because the KC Airport police will fine them. This hogwash is absolutely untrue, because after I hung up with their pseudo-customer service, I talked to a police officer on duty at the airport and he completely denied that they are enforcing the shuttles to leave exactly at 8:00PM. I have paid already the return fare and they would not offer any reimbursements. I had to take a taxi from Kansas City to Columbia (120 miles). The next morning before my seminar I discussed the situation with several colleagues from the University and almost all of them agreed that MoX is one of the worst services in Mid Missouri. I personally would NEVER use MoX shuttle service again. It might not make a difference to them losing one customer, however, the City of Columbia is getting a new airport shuttle service, called EZGO Bus Service, and it is much cheaper, more reliable, longer hours of operation and I will definitely recommend them instead of those crooks from MoX. By the way, I do lecture several classes at MU, and do not miss a chance to advise my students to avoid the MoX shuttles also.

The ride up was great... Howev...

The ride up was great... However there was a mix-up on their end on when to put me on a shuttle and I waited in the airport for two hrs for the next shuttle. It wasted a lot of my time and I missed out on several things I needed to get done that day. No sorry¿s or credits for my inconvenience. Very unhappy with their service. It would have been worth it to drive myself and park my car for the week than wait that long and miss out on my family events

Getting the schedule

I would like to have an easier way to find the schedule for airport listings . I have ridden the bus 3-4 times and each time I struggle on the internet to fine the schedule. It should be listed with the info easier. Help Me!
