DON'T LIVE HERE.



The customer service is atrocious. Hands down the worst I have experienced. There is no communication between maintenance, management, and reception. When I complained to the manager about this, she BERATED me, told me "it wasn't her problem," and eventually hung up on me.



The office is not on location so you have to drive across MU campus to pay rent, etc. and the manager will be rude when you get there anyway.



The parking lot is always full of screaming, unsupervised kids, and the walls are so thin that you'll be able to hear every word they say. Side note: cold air will also come through these paper thin walls in the winter.



The whole building smells musty and mildewey and the hallways appear to have never been cleaned. The apartment I moved into wasn't clean either. There were stains on the countertops, walls, doors, and bathroom floor, and grit and grime in a lot of the cabinets and drawers.
