Went in to have a slow leak looked at and had a nail in inside wall of tire that required a new tire. They informed me to call where I bought the tires from and that I probably had a warranty, and that tire would be replaced for free. They were absolutely correct. Appreciated their info and honesty. Would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again Plaza Tire.

I was thrilled with my experience here. Most mechanics I have gone to previously have tried to tack things on assuming I didn’t know anything just because I’m a woman. These guys did exactly what I asked them no questions asked. Awesome!

Went in to replace two tires and get an alignment. Called on Monday morning and set up an appointment for that afternoon. When I went in they discovered that they did not have tires in stock for my vehicle and the only ones available in their chain of stores locally were outside my price range. They called their warehouse and found a more reasonable pair but it would take an hour to deliver. They arranged for the tires to be delivered that afternoon and made an appointment for me the next morning. I brought the vehicle in at the new time and they had all the work completed within an hour. The alignment was complementary, either due to the confusion the day before or because of the tire purchase, I'm not sure. They were very apologetic about not having tires available. Overall a very good experience.
