I wish I could give them negative stars. This was the WORST experoece I've had, and not only because my car was towed. The owner reassured me that I did not need to bring in a key or worry about my car moving to auction or he would GIVE ME A CALL before it would leave. Great, super, awesome customer service...HA. I then call them for DAYS asking if the release paperwork has come through. I'm reassured again and again it is safe on the lot. Only to finally be fed up and call my loan provider. I find out my car was moved to a different lot 4 hours away.... TWO DAYS PRIOR. So for 2 days, I called Sierra Towing and was told my car was safe on their lot and waiting for release paperwork. When I called to complain, the attendant got an attitude with me and told me that the location of my car was not her job. TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION. TERRIBLE COMMUNITY SERVICE. TERRIBLE BUSINESS.
