Provided by YP.comWhere do I even begin?
In may 2013 I attended this nail salon for a manicure and pedicure. The woman who did both of these for me was an Asian lady from Vietnam (she told me this) and her young son came into the salon (I'm only saying this so if you care about who is working at this place you can narrow e employees down). During my manicure she made my finger bleed. I was a bit annoyed but it was an accident so I let it go. Then we went to do the pedicure. This is where things get bad...
She made my big toe on my left foot bleed. It was late at night so I assumed she was just trying to get me out of there. She finished the pedicure and I went on my way. A couple of days after the mani-pedi I noticed the toe which had bled during the pedicure was red. More days passed and it got redder. Then eventually it turned a purple/reddish colour. Puss started coming out of it and a lot of it.
Four months later (today) this same toe is still infected. I've been on constant antibiotics since may. I've visited doctors at least ten times. Nothing is helping. Today I got told I will probably have to get part of this toe cut off because the infection has spread that bad. It has spread to the other side of my toe.
You may be sitting there thinking, "how does she knows WE did it?" Before this occasion, I hadn't got a manicure/pedicure for a few months and I'm a clean person. I've never had infected toes especially after they get cut and start bleeding due to someone else's incompetence.
I will now be making an official complaint to the U.S. Health Department for this nail salon and pinpointing the woman who is responsible for this. I will be posting this review everywhere on the Internet so other people will be saved from nasty infections. If I do end up having to have surgery I will be filing a compensation claim against you.
If you speak to the woman who did this, tell her I'm the girl who lives in Australia. We had a long conversation about how I live here and that's when she told me how she was from Vietnam, etc. I'm sure she will remember me. And please don't think that because I live in Australia I can't file a claim against you. I'm actually and American citizen who resides in Australia so that won't be a problem for me.
I sincerely hope this woman loses her job especially if I'm potentially going to lose part of my toe.
I look forward to the USHD investigating your salon.

Provided by YPmobileI wish I could give this place 0 stars. I should have known the service was going to be bad when they told me I had to use the restroom at JCPenny's.
This place is outdated, dirty and the workers unskilled. I look down at the woman doing my pedicure and realized that she was merely swiping my toes pretending like she was cleaning. It wasn't until I put my phone down and started watching her intently that she began to put in effort.
My nail polish was lumpy and smeared and when I raised those flaws to her, she tried to blame it on the nail polish color....no. The nail polish color is the same I've been wearing it years...it's your horrible application!
Needless to say, I'm never coming back here. Avoid at all costs.

Provided by YPmobileI went here yesterday with a girlfriend of mine and she had a very nice man do her manicure and it looked great. No smudges or streaks or anything. The girl that did mine is the girl I believe everyone is complaining about in these reviews. First, I didn't even get to sit by my friend even though we were the only ones there. I get to see her twice a year so we got together to talk while getting our nails done but whatever. Not the biggest issue. Then she gets halfway through butchering my cuticles when she stops and says "ok you pay now. Fifteen dollars". I asked her why I had to pay halfway through and not at the end and she just wanted me to pay then. I corrected her and said for the french tip and color I thought it was $35. She then told me I requested just the manicure. I then said that my friend asked for a manicure but I wanted the nails and color. She got angry and told me to get up and sit at this other table again. She maybe said ten words the entire time. At this table she then started on the actual nail tip and then color. Needless to say, the nails are not the same length on both hands, several of my fingers are still sore today but they were cut and bleeding, and the color is very uneven and doesn't even cover the entire nail on most of them. Will continue to thoroughly clean my open sores for several days so I don't get an infection like one reviewer said she did from there. I simply feel no one else needs to go through the pain and end up with horrible nails like many of us have here so please spread the word!

Provided by YP.comDon't ever come here. The lady who works here (younger) is TERRIBLE. She ignored my friend and I at first. She had an attitude to begin with. She rushed through everything without asking for specifics, assuming we all wanted the same thing (french tips). She cut my ring finger so bad when she was filing down my acrylics that my finger was bleeding the whole time. She didn't even bother to stop and ask if I was ok or asked if I wanted to wipe off the blood that was going everywhere. I had to literally yank my hand away. She took 40 minutes to do both of our nails. They looked so crappy that I wanted to take them off right after she was finished. I had to go home and file them down evenly because it was so crooked. It costed 27 dollars WTF. I don't know how they are still in business. PLEASE DON'T GO THERE.

Provided by YPmobileI got a mani pedi here on Saturday. The cuticle on my finger was butchered and would not stop bleeding. It is very painful and now likely infected. The polish on my toe nails also started chipping on day 1! The polish on the toes looks awful! The man also got nail polish on my brand new purse and refused to acknowledge he did it! Terrible customer service. I'm never going back.

Provided by YP.comI agree with another reivewer - if I could give this place 0 stars, I would. They don't take reservations and then couldn't handle 3 pedicures at the same time. The pedicures themselves were sloppy and unattractive with more polish on our skin than on our nails. And the attitude of several of the employees was actually surly - smacking my leg rather than tapping it, refusing to look up or respond. It was very unprofessional and disappointing, and not inexpensive. We will NEVER go back.

Provided by YP.comI have been having acrylic nails put on for over 20 years and Kelly at this salon did the worst job I have ever had! The edges were rough because she didn't even buff them and the paint on tips were streaky. Two days after she did them, 2 of the nails broke and all I do is type all day. So I called and told them I was coming to have them fixed and when I got there she was rude and told me I had to wait 30 minutes. An hour later I left without her fixing them. Don't go there because you will be sorry.

Provided by YPmobileMy Mother, Sister and I went to have pedicures done at this establishment. The lady giving me my pedicure was rude, burned me with scalding water and a hot towel, and then during the pedicure she clipped my toe and made me bleed and now the toe is swollen. The tools looked like they were dirty and the facility was dirty as well. I would tell everyone to get your pedicure elsewhere! This place is awful!
