Provided by YP.comThe communication with nurses and patients is not very good. The nurses do not listen to the patients and tend to placate them in their face but then do not follow up with further actions. They will lie to the patients, when they are asked questions and then make the patient feel like they are a problem because they are asking questions. It is a beautiful facility and on face value you would think it is nice. It's the people that deal with the patients that are not patient focused or even considerate.
