Two men and a Truck (Columbia, MO) lied

about a damage to furniture and behaved unprofessionally. They broke a furniture leg by using improperly them as handle, although I instructed to remove them

before moving. When I asked their liability for the damage happened before my eyes, instead of acknowledging it, they "threatened" me by telling me they will

stop moving and return my stuffs in the truck. Without much choices, I told I will cover the damage with a bitter feeling. They also showed up 30 minutes late (they

charged) and without proper equipment to move a piano (for an extra charge $75), they tried moving with a great risk of damaging it again
