If I could rate Vicky Shy zero stars, I would. She doesn't deserve even 1 star. Vicky Shy is the worst landlord imaginable. I would never rent or buy a property from Vicky Shy. Vicky Shy is dishonest. She will tell you one thing and then do another. Vicky Shy completely ignores maintenance requests for her properties and lets her properties fall into disrepair. Tenants must deal with water leaks, electrical problems, safety issues, broken windows, etc and Vicky will not even reply to maintenance requests. Vicky shy is disrespectful and dishonest. If you search on the Internet you will find other reviews of Vicky Shy from several of her previous tenants. Dealing with Vicky Shy is a nightmare.
