Everett is a business and I will say they do not have good people skills the owner is whom I'm talking about. I have taken my boat to them at least 5 to 8 times and just about every time they did not fix all of the items I ask for or they say they fixed it and I had to bring it back. When I did bring it back so they can try to fix the same issue they still charge me for there time on top of what they already charge me and plus. My last time speaking with Mr. Everett made me realize that I will not be taking my Boat back to Everett. He made it very clear that he doesn't want me to return. Like I said very rude and even calling me a liar for someone else work.
One of my main issue was my alarm or Beeper would sound off on temperature of motor and took it in 3 times to have them look into this but they could not find anything, Called a guy that came out to our home in Hertford and he replaced my lower water pump and been working great since. It is very embarrassing when you have company on the boat and alarm is sounding off. Lesson learned!!! I really like Daniel and good Mechanic but he is not the only person working on these boats.
