Absolute worse experience! My child almost died in this facility! I have an infant and he dedicated on himself and needed to be changed. Instead of the owner changing him into the clothes that were provided, she dressed him in a quilted sleeper and then put a snow suit coat over him. She then placed him in his car seat, which had s quilted cover, and strapped him in. When i walked in to pick him up, he was in his car seat facing the TV and appeared to be sleeping. I live 4 minutes away from the daycare. When i arrived home, my son was grey and lifeless! I immediately began peeling him out of the clothes. They were so drenched in sweat that I had to ring his clothes out. I called owner and she did not answer. The next morning, I called again and sent a text. She did not respond. I called the actual center and she was in the background and I asked to speak to her. She came to the phone and claimed that she didn't get a call from me. When i told her what happened, she gave me a very insincere apology. It is very hard to find childcare for infants and I have to have care for my baby so I was distraught when I had no choice but to take him back to the facility! She blamed me!!!! She said that she had spoken to my daughter (who is 15) about how I dress my baby. She said that she keeps the facility warm so I shouldn't dress him so warm. It is the dead of winter! He would have on a onsie and a sleeper most days. And the sleeper he was wearing when he almost died was not one that I provided! A few days later I went to pick my baby up again. Same situation! Her assistant told me that they return children the same way that they are brought in. If i bring him in a coat, he will leave in a coat. And that's fine, but the coat shouldn't be put in him until I am in the building. I called the owner again. I briefly explained what happened because she was at her son's school getting ready to walk into a program and she said that she would call me the next day. She never called!
