These people are amazing! I was traveling thru SC with my grandchildren when my vehicle broke down right outside of Columbia, SC. It was 11:30 at night and my roadside could not find a 'provider' in the area to help us. I looked on Google and found All American, they were 35 miles away but I figured I'd give them a call. The lady who answered was very nice and genuinely concerned for our safety, she had helped me determine exactly where I was on i77 and sent a truck out to get us. Since I called directly my roadside would not cover my tow. However, the owner, Robert B., called my roadside and after 30 minutes, he had them covering my tow all the way back to NC!
This company deserves recognition in the upmost manner and I do not believe the nasty review I read online about them. I recommend them to anyone in need of roadside assistance!

DO NOT GIVE YOUR CAR, TRUCK, VAN OR ANYTHING. YEAR AGO THEY REPLACED A ENGINE ON A CHEVY EXPRESS VAN. WE WERE TOLD BY ROBERT THE OWNER THAT THEY WILL PUT A BRAND NEW ENGINE WITH 2 YEARS WARRANTY OR 75000 MILES . SO AFTER 1 YEAR THIS ENGINE BLOWS GASKET AND WATER AND OIL IS MIXED. WE TOWED THE VAN TO THE GM DEALER SHIP AND THEY FOUND A OLD ENGINE PUT AND SOMEONE MANUALLY PUT THE ENGINE NUMBERS ON THE WRONG PLACE. SO THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. I'M FILLING A CLAIM WITH FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION AND HOPE SOON THEY WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESS . LESSON LEARNED AFTER $ 5650.00 AND NO WARRANTY HONORED.

The absolute worst road side service and dishonest crooks! Not only did they leave me waiting 2 hours past the estimated tow time but they lied and said that no one was with my vehicle and the keys were not left in the car. I was waiting with my car the whole after I placed my service call. They also charged me an additional $20 out of pocket on top of the $100 my allstate road side assistance covers for a 2.6 mile tow. The supervisor I spoke to was very rude and I hope no one ever has to go through the experience I had with them.
