I would not even give this service 1 star however, it is required to write this review. I read the only review written so far and concur completely! I bought 2 Living Social coupons for 2 maids for 31/2 hrs. of cleaning. I tried several times to make an appointment but had difficulty with their availibility. On the first appoint. I got 5-6 calls for directions. Hello...Garmen or Mapquest! Three young adults/teens showed up with ATTITUDES! They walked in and asked if I knew about a possible gas fee ( I am within the 45 mile require.) and that tax and gratuity would be $20! They did a sorry job of cleaning and after an 11/2 had their jackets on ready to go. I asked if they had equip. to get under the beds (I have hardwoods throughout) and they said "they don't do under beds, if I was a reg. customer and not a coupon cust. it would be diff."It went on and on. After I spoke to the owner to arrange for the second appoint. ( I paid for 2 in advance) she assured me that she would be there and things would be diff. Not only did they not show up, she did not return my call or call anytime afterwards. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Very unprofessional with deceiving website. Living Social did credit me $69 towards another Living Social coupon once I notified them..

ZERO STARS- SO UNPROFESSIONAL

I scheduled an appointment a month in advanced and last minute they tried to rescheule several times, I finally agreed to let them come the same day as a holiday dinner party I was having (the reason why I hired a cleaning service). The appointment was for 9:30am, at 11am they called to ask if I still wanted them to come even though I confirmed the appointment the night before. I said yes and gave them directions to my house which they lady quickly cut me off and stated they already had directions, They never showed up. I called later that day to see what the deal was and no one answered or returned my voicemail. When I finally got a hold of them, they were very rude and said it was a miscommunication on my part. You would think that with an economy like this, a business would show up or at least return my phone call. I would not suggest using them they were very unprofessional and extremly rude.
