A client, Debbie S. asked me to post this for her:

This is my second visit and I feel I have a home. Kristen is awesome doing my color and Tim is a master of cut and blow dry!!! Already have Nov and Dec appointments scheduled! The atmosphere is friendly and everything is clean. Most definitely a wonderful experience!!

Do not go to this salon. The stylists may have experience and know what to do with your hair but the customer service and management are terrible. When my stylist moved to their other location, I planned on following her and booked an appointment at her new location. In the meantime, that location closed and the stylist left. However, no one from the salon bothered to fill me in on the recent turn of events. So, I showed up for my scheduled appointment and was greeted by and dark, empty store front.



Instead of going to another stylist with Austral, I would prefer to start fresh at a new salon where I will be treated with decency and not as another paying wallet. Again, do not go to this salon.

This salon employs only the cutest stylists in the area. I cannot say that all the stylist have been amazing when it comes to the actual work but they tend to look great while doing it.
