we have been doing business with auto zone for over 25 years, they were called auto shak back then. I have spent over a million dollars over the years, we are a professional repair shop. the last 4 years have been horrible, I have had to contact corporate offices multiple times. things would get better for a little while. then go back to being worse. in my opinion since the new district mgr and area mgr took over 2 yrs ago these stores have lost their customer service and top customer service.

I have no stars for this store I called talked to a manager had him put the part on hold drove over got the part got home wrong part . Went back manager Chris k thinks it's funny I had to drive back. He was very rude and nasty and does not know how to talk to a customer. Very sorry service
