Welcome! Bikram Yoga Columbia is located in the heart of Forest Acres, at 4715 Forest Drive behind Grouchoâ??s. We are proud to be the 3rd affiliated & certified Bikram Yoga Studio to open in South Carolina & 1st to open in the city of Columbia. We are now offering Inferno Hot Pilates classes daily & 3 types of Bikram Yoga Classes: 60 minute, 75 minute, & the original 90 minute Bikram Yoga classes. Our goal is to improve the health & well-being of our students by providing the highest quality Bikram Yoga instruction in a comfortable, convenient, safe & attractive location. Bikram Yoga Bikram Yoga Columbia is an official Bikram Yoga College of India school that offers the Bikram Method of Yoga.
