Could have been 5 stars, But...
I had a 4 hour appointment window from 8am to noon. At ten minutes after noon I call them and ask why the tech has not shown up and I get a bunch of excuses. When I ask for a time frame that I can expect someone to show up I am told it will be after 1pm. It would have been nice to have at least received a call saying there was a problem and the tech would be late, but no. I had to call to get any information at all. A little later I do get a call and am told that it will now be between 4 & 5pm before the tech will show up and am offered to take something off the price for the inconvenience, I say that would be nice. Tech arrives at 4 and has windshield in by 4:30 then I am charged the full price for the job. The tech gets a "C" because he did not bother to contact to let me know he would be late, but the company gets a BIG "F" for some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. I will NEVER do business with this company again and will NEVER recommend this company to anyone!
