Worst experience ever. I called for two goddess braids for my daughter and after paying 40.00 the braids came out after we left. She only let her sit under the dryer for 10 mins so her hair was still wet with gel. It wasn't neat n she didn't take her time to do it. We got there at 11:30am and was out at 12:10. She refused to give me a refund after I told her the braids were coming out n that they had to spend more money to take her to touba hair braiding.

I was told the price for my braids is $160 with the hair included. When I arrived, she said she had to go out and buy the hair for my braids because ran out. She than said it would cost me $160 plus the cost of the hair she just purchased. I should've left but my hair was looking a hot mess, so I stayed and paid the additional cost. My braids turned out beautiful. They work fast and our nice to chat with, but I won't be returning due to her business ethics.
