Property Owners BEWARE! Do not...

Property Owners BEWARE! Do not let Bluebird Property Management Mrs. Davis manage your property. This is the most unprofessional group of people I have ever dealt with in any environment. They do not do credit checks on potential rentals as advertised and it takes several months to receive the monthly rent already paid by the renters. The tenant in my property was gone two months before they were aware of it. My property was completely renovated before the tenant moved in for 6 months and now it's torn up. There are tires and trash all around the property. The property is a mess but they sent an email stating they had a person ready to move in but I needed to paint the house and replace the carpet AGAIN. . They lied several times that they had a new tenant (deposit paid) only to tell me a month later that the customer changed their mind within 3 days and they returned the part of deposit and the other 1/2 they kept.



I found out they didn't do credit when I did a search on my property's address on the internet. NO CREDIT CHECK! They also only collected 1/2 the deposit when the tenant moved and sucked all that up with ridiculous fees. I NEVER collected a full rental check because they claimed a repair was done but I was not notified until I receive a monthly statement.



Also the lack of communication will drive you insane.. Tammy is always out of town with a crisis when an issue needs to be addressed. She never returns calls and her staff can't answer questions without her permission. Major roadblock!!!! When you do talk to her she blames her staff. I’m not sure how she stays in business but I promise you will save yourself a lot of stress by using a reputable property management company.

I am currently renting and this is the worst experience in my 32 years of life on this earth. I wish I never rented from her (Tammy). Biggest mistake ever in my life. I am currently renting a home in the Highlands and she put my house for rent right now in her website and craigslist and I didnt even know about it. I moved in the home in July. The house was so dirty with MOLD in Shower, dust everywhere, marked and scratched walls , closet door broken sink bathroom clogged, broken blinds, spider webs everywhere, dead flies on everysingle window. She said that was in her standard when I am paying 1400$ a month. She said that everything will be fixed before I moved in and she never did and later said that it was cosmetic. The worst nightmare, she took me as a liar and did not want to clean nothing. She Came in my house when I was not there and I didn't even know about it. She went through my paperwork all my paperwork were moved. I am going to court next monday and hopefully the judge can understand what I'm going through. But please don't make the same mistake, you will regret, even if you like the home in the end it's not going to be worth the hell you will be going through. She has no respect for people whatsoever! Trust me. I have paid my rent and my home is for rent since August 2nd 2011.

I totally agree I am currently renting and this is the worst experience. Biggest mistake ever in my life. BEWARE

Bluebird Property Management is not a professional business. I have seen repeated lying and mismanagement while working with them. My advice: Do not use them to manage your property AND do not rent from them. Owner and renter- at your own risk.
