Disappointed does not even come close to what we are feeling right now! we placed an order through Sendflowers.com and in turn placed the order with Brides & Blooms. It was for our granddaughter who just had surgery and was recovering. We ordered the Deluxe arrangement which is to match the photo on display or at least close. Also a Get Well balloon. I put trust in both companies that what I thought was ordered what what would be sent ! My Mistake ! First off no Balloon, and I will let you judge if the arrangement was the same as what I ordered. And after writing to Sendflowers.com all I was told is both Brides & Blooms and their company apologize ! Would you be happy ! the moment was lost and it was very disheartening ! so I will post both photos and you decide if I should be upset or not
