I went in after a horrible night, all i wanted was a beer n the bartender (mike) stated, "oh F...) which is completely inappropriate!! Im a paying customer and have visited the established several times. It was not what I needed that night

My boyfriend and I don't get to get out together much so when we do we always try something new and make a night out of it. Out for dinner and drinks we stop at BWW. He ordered flavorless tea and I ordered tap water! We decide on mozzarella sticks which were awesome. Loved the marinara. Both of us get the wing and rib combo with fries. Our fries were luke warm and looked old. None of our food was hot. We ask our server to replace the fries which was no problem. When the manager came by to ask how everything was I know we looked disappointed and I replied "it was okay". You would think with that response he would inquire details but instead he just walks off. We aren't big complainers so we just left it alone. Left our food and never went for the alcohol. Our server was great but unfortunatly we won't be returning.
